Prompt: How are you changing the world?

We all change this world daily through the choices we make and the things we do or do not do.

We change the world when we vote in general elections to choose our leaders to make the rules and represent our country.
We change the world when we take part in local elections to choose our mayors and governors and local officials.

We change the world when we take part in initiatives that promote civil rights, education, voting rights, equality and environmental improvements.
We change the world by following Covid guidelines and protocols and wearing a mask to prevent the spread of the disease.

We change the world when we volunteer to help people who are less fortunate or people who simply need a little nudge in their time of need.

We change the world by setting good examples for our children, our future leaders, so that they will be compassionate and tolerant of people of different ages, race and socioeconomic backgrounds.

We change the world daily in just the simple things we do, such as going to work and school, recycling, protecting the environment, being courteous to our neighbors, being nice to a stranger and supporting our friends and family.
