After months of winter and a little inconvenience I was back out on the track this morning. It felt good to be walking outside again. Nothing beats the sights and sounds of the outdoors. I am never one who sits idly by doing nothing. I have to admit though, that it takes a little more effort and self-coaxing to stay committed to riding the treadmill when there are so many other things I would rather be doing indoors on a cold and lazy day.
So, this morning, hopefully the first of many, I seized the opportunity and fell right back into the groove. I grabbed my headset, unplugged, no phone calls, no texting, no distractions. Just my favorite playlist, and I was back on the track again!
Happy Saturday All!

Keeping fit is so important, I still play Squash twice a week and walk on some of the other days. All the best!

Thanks for the inspiration…walking is therapeutic for me. I haven’t been out there in a while. Not a fan of the treadmill.

I had a couple of nice walks today, too. One with the dogs and one without the dogs.

Sounds good, I know the dogs will enjoy getting out as much as you do!
